Retelling a Story
After viewing the episode, put children into small groups to talk about what happened. Give students cards – Beginning, Middle, Ending to organize their story-telling in their own words.

Cooperation
Talk to children about the word cooperation. What do they think it means? Write their ideas on a large piece of paper. Review how Bingo and Bluey worked together to keep the balloon off the ground.

Managing Disappointment
Explore the different emotions Bingo and Bluey had during the story. What happened when a balloon was popped?
Talk about the word – ‘disappointment’. (sad, unhappy, miserable) In small groups, students will talk about a time they were disappointed. Maybe when you were happy or looking forward to something, then the weather changed – I felt disappointed!
We can’t be sad for too long. How do we turn that disappointment into a better feeling?
